A new Chick Fil A is coming to the city of Downey in April 2021 and the residents are having mixed feelings about it. Karla Guiterez, 10, is sad to see this place replace the small businesses that once used to operate right there. Guiterez said, “I think it’s very unfair that these small businesses were forced to shut down just because a big chain restaurant wanted to operate right there.”
