04/06/20: “Honestly, I was worried about the lack of seriousness from people about social distancing so I liked the idea of the cheerful, sometimes cheeky, way of encouraging people to self quarantine and at the same time being a reminder that our actions affect everyone, but we’re all in it together. I also liked the opportunity to practice calligraphy/lettering in a new medium and a way to safely interact with others even though I’m not physically doing so. Being outside is a major plus. The small chance of people enjoying it gave me something to look forward to and put me in a better mood.”
