The Downey Legend

Already starting the fun festivities, Downey High School is hosting their first spirit week of the new school year prior to homecoming. Missing out on this activity last year due to COVID-19 and being quarantined, students are excited that they’re able to finally experience a week like this once again. Homecoming spirit week is hosted by Downey High ASB and this year they have made spirit week enjoyable as possible for everyone. Starting off the first day, students dressed up for Twin Day, the second day they dressed up for Decades Day, and for the last day they ended off with Pink Out Day.
