As his first year at the Downey legend, 11, Michael Lopez, goal is to grow business and social media to the next level with his new ideas. Outside of newspapers, Lopez loves history, cars, and YouTube podcasts. After high school Lopez wants to go to San Diego State; deciding what to major in he is leaning towards accounting or business. Lopez’s dream is to travel the world to explore new places. 

 “Treat everyone with kindness and respect; we are all humans,” Lopez states, “So treat people the way you want to be treated.”
