First -year- Angelique Ventura 11,  joins the Downey Legend as a podcaster. Her passion for journalism  led her to make many creative pieces for DHS. Although her future plans are to stay in the journalism industry, Ventura has been a part of photojournalism which helped her create more passion for journalism. Ventura also plans on going to Cerritos community college. She also believes that journalism is really beautiful. 

“I really like photography because I really like to capture memories forever and I also like journalism in general” says Ventura.
