Worried for her students and how this change of events can affect them, Mrs. Natasase, AP Psychology and World History teacher, states her concerns. “I know there are students who have become the main caregivers for younger siblings, or who have had to work more to help out their family, and in the middle of that have normal teenage concerns about grades and social lives (and senior activities). Students who were glad to come to school every day because it was a safe place where people care about them and notice them, and who may be feeling very isolated right now.” Mrs. Natasase states. "I worry about the students that I haven’t been able to reach since the school closure and hope they are okay.”
